Cavity Walls

  1. Make a hole in the cavity wall. Check that the hole is deep enough to accommodate the LCD unit. The depth required varies from 60mm for the 15"  to 135mm for the 40” TV.
  2. Position the brackets behind the edge of the cavity wall as shown. You will need to hold the brackets in place as you attach the bezel.
  3. Screw the bezel onto the brackets, so that the bezel is effectively clamped to the wall. Seal around the edges of the bezel with a silicone sealant.
  4. Carefully position the LCD unit in the hole and screw it directly to the bezel.
  5. The glass panel sticks to the magnets on the bezel. The TV is now ready to be sealed around the edges.

Brick Walls

  1. Make a hole in the wall. The depth of the hole will vary from 60mm to 135mm, depending on the size of the TV.
  2. Screw the brackets onto the sides of the hole. Ensure that the brackets are vertically centred and slightly recessed so that that when the bezel is attached it is flush with the wall surface.
  3. Screw the bezel onto the brackets. Seal around the edges of the bezel with a silicone sealant.
  4. Carefully position the LCD unit in the hole and screw it directly to the bezel.
  5. The glass panel sticks to the magnets on the bezel. The TV is now ready to be sealed around the edges.
